Accelerate Prosperity (AP) is a joint initiative of the Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) and Industrial Promotion Services (IPS) of the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development (AKFED) in Central and South Asia. It aspires to work towards a society that is powered by innovative and successful young entrepreneurs. Through its services, AP extends tailored training, advice, and technical assistance to aspiring and existing entrepreneurs to help them launch or expand their innovative business ventures. It also extends tailored financing to start-ups and SGBs to help them unlock external investments by improving their bankability and investment readiness.
PURPOSE OF CONTRACT
Accelerate Prosperity is looking for a graphic designer consultant for AP’s in-house marketing assistance and designing of marketing materials. The consultant will also be responsible for improving the current design templates of AP.
SCOPE OF WORK
The consultant will be required to come to the Islamabad office 3 days a week and assist the Assistant Marketing Manager with the in-house production of marketing documents, presentations, and templates.
DELIVERABLES
The consultant is expected to:
- Determine the print and software design materials needed
- Select sizing and color of design materials
- Improve typography
- Make changes if requested to meet AP expectations
- Review finished products
- Keep all design work organised for record keeping purposes
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Consultants are eligible to apply if they have the required capacities which include:
- At least 2-5 years of experience in branding, working on startups and small business accounts, and designing relevant templates
- A portfolio to highlight the work done in the past
PAYMENT
- 40% on submission of first month’s deliverables
- 30% on submission of second month’s deliverables and interim progress report
- 30% on submission of third month’s deliverable and a report of deliverables

Tentative project engagement starts: 10 October 2022
Tentative Contract time: 3 months
