AP Co-Working Space, Gilgit Redesign
Accelerate Prosperity (AP), a new initiative of the Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP), invites quotations from qualified Construction and Renovation Companies/ Contractors having PEC registration to undertake renovation of the AP’s incubation space/ building in Gilgit.
The building layouts, details of renovation work and office designs can also be requested by emailing at: start@accelerateprosperity.org by Thursday, 23 Sep 2021.
The overall available budget for this activity is PKR 3.31 million. Your bid should contain the following documents:
- Detailed financial quotation for renovation work.
- Detailed profile of the firm, specifically highlighting similar work done in the past (along with the pictures of the renovated facilities).
- Proof of experience of renovation projects.
- Copy of valid PEC certificate.
