Background:

Accelerate Prosperity is currently housed under the Aga Khan Rural Support Programme
(AKRSP), a not-for-profit organization registered under section 42 of the Companies Ordinance
1984 invites sealed quotations from manufacturing company’s authorized dealers of SUV,
registered with SECP in the relevant category for the work mentioned below:

Inclusive of all taxes & time of delivery at
Islamabad.

Warranty:

Minimum 3 Years or 100,000 km Manufacturer Warranty.

After Sales Service:

Supplier will provide corrective and preventive

Mandatory Requirement: 

Kindly go through the attached RFQ in detail for further details and submit your proposal accordingly. You are required to sign the RFQ and share it along with the proposal.

The bidders are requested to provide the following information:

  1. A valid NTN/active number. In case of exemption, the Income Tax to attach the valid tax exemption certificate.
  2. Certificate of no litigation duly attested by oath commissioner.
  3. Certificate of no blacklisted with any private, public or government entity duly attested by oath commissioner.
  4. Certificate of Origin.
  5. Manufacturers should have at least five years of experience in manufacturing the same brand of vehicles or similar technology to the subject mentioned herein.
  6. All offers should include the brochures, pictures and details specifications of the quoted item.
  7. The quotations should be completed in all respects; incomplete quotations will be rejected.
  8. The prices must be quoted in PKR and inclusive of all taxes.
  9. Validity of the offer: 90 days
  10. Delivery term: DAP AP Office Islamabad.
  11. Payment terms: As agreed upon in the Purchase order.
  12. The employer reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason thereof.
  13. Late submission of bids beyond the prescribed date and time will not be accepted.
